Lusaka Apartments Booking Options
Shakespeare Court.com currently offers a selection of rental apartments in Lusaka for residents and has been designed to make life easy for people moving to Lusaka and for business people who are visiting Lusaka for periods of two weeks or more. Fixed term bookings
Fixed term bookings may be made in advance, and require a fixed arrival & departure date. Rent is charged in full by credit or debit card at the time of booking and will include an additional days rent as a security deposit. Your deposit will be refunded in full within seven days of departure, to your credit or debit card, providing that the apartment is left in the same condition as you found it. All rental payments are non-refundable.
Open-ended bookings
For apartments booked by residents on an open-ended basis, rent is charged as follows; 1 month plus any part month, upfront and monthly in advance thereafter. Payment is due on the 25th of each month for the following month's rent. A minimum of one month's notice is required prior to your departure. Within seven days of your departure your deposit will be refunded, to your credit or debit card, as long as you leave the property in the same condition in which you found it, and on the date you agreed.

- Other apartments are available to rent for 2 months or longer on an Open-ended basis.
